Do you know how to cleaning your manicure and pedicure sets? Indeed, the process is broken down into three stages: cleaning, disinfection and then sterilization of the tools.
Cleaning is an important step in improving the effectiveness of disinfection and sterilization. During this step, you will need gloves, a cloth and your cleaning product.
First start by cleaning the table on which the manicures are performed, and be sure that it is well cleaned. Next, clean your various tools with your cloth and your cleaning product. Your tools can finally be rinsed with water, then placed on a previously cleaned surface to be dried.
Disinfection is the step that destroys the micro-organisms present on your tools. For this step, you will need gloves, your disinfectant product, and a mask.
You will need to let your tools soak in a soaking tub that contains the disinfectant you have chosen. The tools must be completely immersed in the disinfectant product. After this, you can rinse your tools thoroughly with water before drying them.
Sterilization is the step that will be used to completely destroy the microorganisms remaining on your tools. During this step, the products are placed in sterilization pouches and then go into a UV sterilizer for the time recommended by your sterilizer.
